  Flint to percussion conversion, 11ga. 42" full-stocked barrel. Good condition. Inc. sling & rod.  
3 8 Bore Pryse & Redman Percussion Rifle. R 4500.00
  A "project" gun which has not been completed. Octagonal 26,5" barrel with under-rib, lock marked to "Pryse & Redman". Original stock U/S. Walnut blank supplied with rifle for purposes of restocking. Rifle should make a cost-effective project for an enthusiast, as rifles of this size are scarce.  
4 Reilly .577/11Ga Percussion S/S Cape Gun R 3500.00
  Browned 31,25" Damascus barrels marked "E.M.REILLY &Co. 305 & 312 OXFORD STREET LONDON" to broad top rib. Bar action locks. Chequered wrist & fore-end with professionally repaired crack to wrist. Extensive engraving to locks, tang, triggerguard. Gun has a new set of replacement hammers which are still to be fitted. Rest good original condition.  
5 3x Project Muzzle-Loaders. R 1250.00
  Incomplete guns, partway through restoration. Flintlock sporting gun by Wilkinson, non-functioning lock. S/S percussion Cape gun by Pryse & Redman, replacement  hammers provided. Octagonal barrel Stinkwood fullstock rifle with incomplete lock.

7 .451 Parker Percussion Rifle. R 3750.00
  Original "Parker Field" rifle rebarreled with 31,5" Parker-Hale barrel. Engraved lock marked "PARKER FIELD & SONS". Tunnel foresight. Good condition. Should make a useful hunting or intermediate range target rifle.  
8 .577 3-Band Percussion Rifle. R 3750.00
  Lock marked "Crown V.R. Tower". Fixed rearsight to 35" full-stocked barrel. Brass nosecap, barrel bands, triggerguard, swivels & buttplate. Inc. ramrod. Good plus condition.  
9 .62cal. Two-Band Percussion Rifle. R 2950.00
  Lock marked "Crown Tower 1873". Heavy walled 29,75" fullstock barrel with octagonal section to 1st 2,5" of barrel.  
10 F.Botha 16ga. Bobbejaanboud  Percussion Musket R 9500.00
  Octagon to round 42" smoothbore barrel with single fixed rear sight. Flintlock to percussion conversion. Stinkwood full-stock with typical deep belly "Bobbejaanboud" profile & ebony tip to fore-end. Lock marked "F.Botha", a member of the early Cape gunsmithing dynasty which actively traded in the Cape from the late 1700's through to 1901. Brass buttplate, triggergaurd & ramrod pipes. Repaired crack[small]  to stock immediately ahead of lock, replacement hammer & rod. Pine-apple finial to triggergaurd. Gun has elegant & graceful lines for a "Bobbejaanboud" and  is in good original condition.  
11 Pattern 1839 Percussion Musket. R 5000.00
  Official conversion of the flintlock musket of 1835. Lock marked "Tower VR" with crown cypher. .75 Caliber, 39" barrel with crisp ordnance marks to barrel. "BO" under Broad Arrow marking to stock. Replacement nipple, rest very good and crisp original condition. As used in Eastern Cape frontier wars.  
12 Tower/Enfield 2-Band Rifle. R 3750.00
  Lock marked "Tower 1858" with ordnance stamp to lock. ordnance markings & sold-out-of-service stamps to 33" .65 caliber smoothbore barrel. Replacement nipple. Barrel shows remains of bayonet bar which has been filed off 3" from muzzle. Fair to good original condition overall.  
13 Presentation Percussion Rifle. R 12500.00
  Three-band full-stock military configuration .65cal. rifle with lock marked "L.A.Co. 1863" carrying Crown V.R. cypher. Silver presentation plate to butt marked "1.R.B. A Company Capt. Carson's Prize won by Pte. Tom Gresham 8th July 1865". Rifle has professionally repaired chip to horn of stock immediately behind replacement nipple and some flame erosion to exterior of barrel surrounding nipple. Rest of rifle is in good original condition. Presentation rifles are scarce & sought-after, particularly in good original condition.

  Lock marked "Crown V.R. Tower 1847". 33" Barrel. Good bore, good original condition.
